CARNIVAL

The famous traditional carnival of the Heroic city of Naoussa is named “Genetsari and Bulles”. This custom has its roots in the Ottoman domination and remains unchanged until today. Young unmarried men wear this traditional costume and in the rhythms of daouli and zourna dance in the streets and squares of the city.

Equally beautiful is the parade of tents made during the period of the Carnival.
